Motorcycle Mayhema

Last night was possibly one of the craziest nights I have ever experienced. Aaron, Jared and I rode down to Abbotsford to the motorcycle show. Inside was the usual twenty thousand dollar bikes, rich dudes, and girls wearing skimpy clothing. However, out back was the exact opposite. It was a Vicious Cycles show/ Rat bike race.

It was too classic to even imagine. Pylons, hay bales, car tires, and a wooden jump. It was straight out of "On Any Sunday". We obviously could not resist and joined in on the race with our street bikes. I don't know how the administration let it happen. The dude that won was riding a hard tail.

I guess it is pretty hard to stop a bunch of motorcycle riding punks.

Commuting home on January 20th

Riding together is so so fun. The rain has let up for a few days and it is truly beautiful.

Willow & Broadway

The safety glass looked like jewels.
I had ridden by this bus stop a few times, every time forgetting my camera.
Luckily, because it's the west coast, everyone is pretty relaxed about things and it took the city about a week to clean the glass up.
Three or four weeks later, the caution tape still remains.

What I find amazing, is that the glass all fell into a perfect rectangle.
Incredible.
