Jordan and I parted ways during our reading break. Jordan flew to the hometown and I drove south down the coast with Aaron and two friends, Andy and Tom. It was a week long intense adventure, exploration, and pilgrimage. We made stops in Portland, St Herman of Alaska, and St John of Shanghai Monastery's, San Fransisco and Santa Cruz. It was an amazing and tiring trip together. The highlight for me was the three days that we spent at St Herman of Alaska, and St John of Shanghai Monastery's. It was a powerful, and challenging experience.
