Piece of Art Poster

The rumours are true. The ever elusive Zenga Bros are looking for studio mates.
The poster that Christian tacked to the bulletin board at Emily Carr, rather than having rectangular shaped tear-off tabs at the bottom, had a bunch of fingers that you could rip off instead.

Halloween Flashback

This is a small picture, but this is what Christian and I dressed up as for Halloween.

The theme was "Fairy Tales" and we were the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk. Well, his feet.

We won the competition and should have received one free course, but the administration couldn't figure out how to split it... or something, so instead we got a pen, a sketchbook and a nylon bag. The runner up, who dressed up as the H1N1 virus took our free course.

*some toenails fell off because we were dancing around.

Totally Rad Poster

Jordan made this super cool poster for the foundation show. Unfortunately it did not get picked to represent the show. Instead, the school picked a generic poster design that I have seen a million times before. I have found that Emily Carr has been seriously lacking in originality.

Jordan, in my opinion you should have won.

No Arms

 I had to make a sculpture that would protect an egg when it was dropped from the top of Emily Carr. This little guy had the egg suspended in peanut butter inside of him.
